Construction Technology of Insulation Board

The Fire insulation board is made of polystyrene resin as raw material plus other raw and auxiliary materials and polymers, and the catalyst is injected through heating and mixing. The rigid foam boards produced by extrusion molding are then extruded. Next, let's take a look at the construction process of the Insulation board.

Install the insulation board.

1) The size of the standard board is 300*300, and the diagonal error is less than 3mm. If it needs to be cut, it can be cut with a small cutting saw. The allowable deviation of the Insulation board size is ±2.

2) Mesh cloth flipping: stick mesh cloth at the openings of doors and windows, on both sides of deformation joints, etc., the total width is about 200, and the width of the flipping part is 80. First, apply a special adhesive with a length of 80 and a width of 2 on the overturned part, then press in an 80-long mesh cloth, and throw out the rest for later use.

3) Apply the prepared special adhesive on the back of the composite foamed cement board. The compacted thickness of the adhesive is about 3. To ensure a firm bond, it is best to use the full dip method, or the strip stick method and point method.

4) Strip sticking method: use a toothed trowel to evenly spread the special adhesive on the foamed cement board in the horizontal direction, with a strip width of 10, a thickness of 10, and a middle distance of 50.

5) Strip point method: Use a trowel to apply a special adhesive around and in the middle of each board, and then apply an ash cake with a diameter of 50 and a thickness of 10 in the separation area of the foamed cement board.

6) Paste the Insulation decorative plate with the special adhesive on the wall quickly to prevent the surface from skinning and losing its bonding effect.

7) After the foamed cement insulation board is glued to the wall, use a 2-meter ruler to flatten it to ensure its flatness and firm adhesion. The boards should be squeezed tightly without seams. Plug in with adhesive and smooth out. After each board is glued, the special adhesive on the extruded surface should be removed.

8) Foamed cement boards should be pasted in sections from bottom to top along the horizontal direction. Each row of boards should be staggered by 1/2 of the length of the board, and the local minimum staggered joints should not be less than 100.

Install the fasteners.

1) The fixing parts are installed 8 hours after the Insulation board is pasted and completed within 24 hours thereafter. Drill holes with a percussion drill at the position required by the design. The hole diameter is 10, and the depth of drilling into the base wall is about 60. The depth of the anchorage into the base wall is about 50 to ensure firmness and reliability.

2) The number of fixing parts shall be one for each board.

3) The self-tapping screw should be squeezed tightly and the engineering plastic expansion nail cap and the composite foamed cement board surface should be evenly or slightly screwed in to ensure that the tail of the expansion screw is screwed back so that it can be fully anchored to the base wall.

Polish the insulation board.

1) The uneven joints of the Insulation board should be polished with coarse sandpaper, and the action should be a gentle circular motion and not sand along the direction parallel to the joints of the board.

2) After grinding, clean the floating dust with a brush in time.

Decorative corners.

3) According to the design requirements, use the ink line to pop up the position where the line angle needs to be made, and perform the horizontal and vertical correction.

4) Groove corner Use a slotter to cut the plate into a notch, and the thinnest part of the notch is not less than 15.

5) After the convex line angle should be cut according to the design size, the line angle and the corresponding Thermal insulation foam board should be brushed with an interface agent, and then coated with a special adhesive to make it stick firmly.

Smear the base layer with polymer mortar.

1) The configuration of the polymer mortar is the same as that of the special binder.

2) Spread the configured polymer mortar evenly on the Insulation board with a thickness of 2 mm.

Press into mesh cloth.

1) The mesh cloth should be cut according to the length and width requirements of the working face, and the overlapping width should be reserved. The cutting of the mesh cloth should be carried out along the warp and weft.

2) Turn over the mesh cloth around the openings such as doors and windows, and add a layer of mesh cloth to strengthen the four corners. The entire mesh cloth should be turned over around the opening and on top of the additional mesh cloth.

3) Apply polymer mortar to the front and side of the Roof insulation board at the hole and the mesh cloth overturned part. Polymer mortar is only allowed to be applied to the edge of the Insulation board here. The pre-spun mesh is turned over the thickness of the board and pressed into the polymer mortar.

4) Stretch the entire mesh cloth horizontally, pay attention to the inner curved side of the mesh cloth facing inward, and use a trowel to smooth the mesh cloth from the middle up and down to make it close. The horizontal lap width of the grid cloth is not less than 100, and the vertical lap length is not less than 80. Use polymer mortar to fill the vacancy of the bottom mortar at the overlapping joints, and the grid cloth must not be wrinkled, hollowed out, or warped.

5) At the corners of the concave and convex lines, the narrow mesh cloth should be embedded in the underlying polymer mortar, and the entire mesh cloth should be placed on the narrow mesh cloth with a lap width of 80.

6) At the yin and yang corners of the wall, the grid cloth on both sides overlaps each other in two directions around the corners, and the width of the overlap on each side is not less than 200.
